When we took over this site it was an old dirty Chinese restaurant. A few months later - Nikola Tesla Private School
First we tackled the dismantling of everything - from the old ventilation, through all the external plumbing connections to the decorative wooden and old toilet cisterns.
We then installed a completely new electrical panel and rewired the entire site.
We did a complete renovation of the two toilets with granite tiles and PVC panelling.
We closed the old and ugly brickwork with plasterboard, so now everything is clean and straight.
The uneven floor was a problem for the new flooring, so we took care of that too by laying OSB.
For heating in winter and cooling in summer, we installed Fuji multisplit systems.
The facade as well as the external staircase needed some attention. After all, it's the first impression. New granite tiles and repainting of the railing and facade give the building a fresh look.
Finally, we putty finely and painted in the desired colors of the client.
